Bequests
You can help TADVIC to continue their valuable work for people with disabilities by remembering them in your Will.
Simply by nominating your bequest to us now will cost you nothing, but the work that gift will allow us to do later, when your Estate is distributed, will ensure that your concern lives on.
If you would like to make the most of this opportunity to help, we suggest you use the following words to legally ensure a legacy from your Will:
"I bequeath to TADVIC Cooperative Ltd. C/-Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre, 1 Yarra Blvd, Kew 3101, for its general purposes.......(here insert the sum of money, portion of Estate or description of property) free of all duties and taxes including, if any GST, for the receipt of its Treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge to my Executor(s)."
Almost one-third of Victorians die without having made a Will. This means that their affairs must be handled by a court-appointed administrator - not as they would have wished but according to the laws of the state.
