The aim was to enable people with a variety of disabilities to play cricket with as little help as possible. The original prototype was designed and manufactured by Bill and was so successful, that TADVIC enlisted the services of Sam to manufacture 20 sets of the outriggers at his manufacturing premises. The outriggers are now available for clients as required. TADVIC's adult outriggers are easily removed from the bike for transportation on a standard bike rack and can be adapted to fit a range of bikes. Two separate bike days were held - on 26th May and 2nd June, with a different group of Goldman Sach's volunteers attending each day. The days were a great success, providing them with the opportunity to be involved in one of TADVIC's most rewarding programs. The participants helped TADVIC staff to run the Freedom Wheels bike clinics in the morning, where the individual support needs of the children were assessed. They then helped to build the customised bikes in the workshop in the afternoon.
